How the worksheet generator works
When you type a name into My Autograph, that text stays in your browser's memory. The worksheet preview, PDF export, and print output are all generated locally on your device — nothing you type is ever sent to our servers or anyone else's. Close the tab, and it's gone. There is no database, no server-side logging of names, and no way for us to see what anyone has typed.
What we don't do
We do not:
- Collect names, signatures, or any other personal information
- Use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts
- Require or offer an account, login, or sign-up
- Sell, rent, or share any data — because none is collected in the first place
- Show ads or work with ad networks
Local browser storage
The alphabet and signature worksheets sprinkle in a fun fact at the bottom of each page. To
keep that fact from changing every time you adjust a slider, we save a small, anonymous
list order in your browser's sessionStorage. It contains no personal
information, is never sent to any server, and is automatically cleared when you close the
tab.
Contacting us
The Contact page is a
plain mailto: link — clicking it opens your own email app. Any message you
send goes directly to our inbox through your email provider, the same as emailing anyone
else; it never passes through, or is stored on, our servers.
Hosting
My Autograph is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare's infrastructure may briefly log standard technical request data (such as IP address and timestamp) for security and performance purposes — this is standard for any website on the internet and happens below the application level. We do not access, use, or combine that data for tracking or identification, and we have no analytics layered on top of it.
Children's privacy
My Autograph is built for kids practicing their handwriting, including in classrooms. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone — children included — there is nothing to disclose, store, or safeguard beyond what's already described above. Teachers and parents can use it freely without creating any account or providing any information about a child.
Changes to this policy
If anything about how this site works ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
